Senior Technical Project Manager

What you’ll do

  • As the Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for scoping and delivering multiple projects at once, end-to-end. This includes the collection of business and systems requirements from our internal teams, external vendors and clients, writing and maintaining specifications, driving project schedules from design to release, and managing the production launch to achieve rapid system adoption and utilization by the client.
  • You will lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts between internal teams, external vendors and our clients to develop optimal solutions.
  • The right candidate will possess a strong technical project management background, will have demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects, and will have a well-rounded technical background in current programming and web technologies.
  • You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves and dig in to ensure that project risks are mitigated.
  • As the Senior Technical Project Manager, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
  • Break down large, complex projects into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner.
  • Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role as you will ensure that a project adheres to all internal standards and regulatory guidelines, as well as maintain stakeholder communication, budget and billing oversight, internal and external audits, and secure information sharing.

Your qualifications

  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
  • 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams or as a technical project manager.
  • 3+ years overall technical implementation experience in Healthcare technology industry.
  • Demonstrates skill and passion for operational excellence.
  • Write high quality documentation
  • Ability to troubleshoot and identify issues

Business Development Manager

What you’ll do

  • As the Business Development Manager, you will identify and develop incremental business in the Healthcare industry to meet HUGENX’s growth objectives.
  • You will engage and drive specification at identified strategic accounts and collaborate with the Sales team to win profitable new business. This includes finding opportunities, learning customer needs, providing application and market expertise, and delivering HUGENX value propositions.
  • You must maintain existing client relationships seeking out additional projects and referrals, using insights to ask the right questions in order to effectively build and and deliver solutions that meet the client’s needs.
  • The right candidate will possess a strong team ethic and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Marketing and Engineering to develop and and implement marketing strategies.

Your qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in B2B software sales
  • 3+ years in the Healthcare industry
  • Strong ability to seek out and find business opportunities and demonstrate integrity in all situations
  • Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, and leadership are essential to success in this role.
